Obituary of Glenda Marshall

Glenda Joy Stewart Marshall, 80, of Morgantown passed away Monday, May 9, 2022 at home with her loving family by her side. Glenda was born in Harrisburg, PA on July 17, 1941 to the late Ray Charles Stewart and Edna Hawkins. Glenda spent her working years as a homemaker, providing for the needs of her family. She was an avid bowler, having won her share of championships, and enjoyed the fellowship at her church, HOPE Church in Morgantown. Glenda is survived by her husband of 46 years, Wesley Blaine Marshall; daughter: Shelley White Rogers Burnette of Morgantown; son: James Wesley Marshall (Donna); grandchildren: Jacob Burnette, Tiffany White, Nicholas, Samantha, Zoey, and Jama Marshall; and great grandchildren: JJ White, Chloe, and Jase. In addition to her parents, Glenda was preceded in death by her two baby boys; her sister: Gloria Rechino and brother: Charles Ray Stewart (Mary Lou). In lieu of flowers the family asks that contributions be made to McCulla Funeral Home, 770 Fairmont Road, Westover, WV 26501.. Visitation will be held at McCulla Funeral Home, 770 Fairmont Road, Westover, on Thursday, May 12th from 4-8 pm. A funeral service will be held on Friday at 11 am at McCulla Funeral Home with Rev. Allen Donham officiating. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery. Online condolences may be extended to the family at www.mcculla.com
