Okey Lee Riffle, 80, of Rivesville passed away at his home on May 14, 2015 with his wife by his side. Okey was born in Erbacon, WV on May 30, 1934 to the late Thomas Riffle and Cathrean Cook Riffle Crites. Okey was a machinist who worked for a manufacturing company in Cleveland, OH. In his spare time, Okey enjoyed fishing, hunting, being outdoors, and spending time with his family. Okey is survived by his wife Lola Ruth Dalton Riffle; Peggy and Barb who he thought of as daughters; a half-sister Juanita Kemp; brother Walter Morris; and several nieces, nephews, neighbors, and friends. In addition to his parents, Okey was preceded in death by Debbie, who he thought of as a daughter; and his brother Sherman Riffle, Sr. The family wishes to extend their heartfelt thanks to Morgantown Hospice and neighbors for their kindness and help in Okey’s time of need. The family will receive friends on Sunday, May 17th from 3-6 pm. A funeral service will be held on Monday at 11 am with Pastor Dan Meadows officiating. Burial will follow at Arnettsville Cemetery.
