Janet Fern Bierer, 71, of Maidsville, WV passed away on Thursday, January 27, 2022 at MonHealth Medical Center. Janet was born in Morgantown on April 1, 1951 to the late Darrell Collins and Lucille Cool Collins. Janet was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her family. She loved playing bingo and going to yard sales. Janet is survived by her husband, Kevin Bierer; daughter: Kelley Walls (Glenn) of Maidsville; sons: Jimmie Varner of Cheat Lake and Kevin Bierer Jr. (fiancée Laura England of Maidsville; sisters: Penny Sims (Earl), Rosemary Statler (Nelson), Deborah Radabaugh, Brothers: Gene Collins (Bonnie), Danny Collins (Sandy), and David Collins; sister-in-law: Linda McCormick; grandchildren: Lindsey Walls, Austin Walls, Loghan Walls, Brycien Bierer, Kaydence Guthrie, Camden Chesley; 2 great grandchildren: Keryan Sowell and Eastyn Walls; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Janet was preceded in death by her brother: Darrell Collins, Jr., grandson: Daniel Mayle, and her brother-in-law: Otis Radabaugh.
