Frances Catalina (Guzzo) Scotchel, 90, of Westover passed away at Mon General Hospital after a short illness on Thursday October 10, 2019.  Frances, affectionately known to everyone as Grandma Fran, was born February 26, 1929 and grew up in the tight knit community of Kingmont, WV.

She loved to cook and bake and share with family and friends especially through the holidays. Her generosity of spirit was felt by many and all were blessed to know her.  Grandma Fran will be missed but her loving spirit will live on in all those who knew her.
