Obituary of Gary Ray Myers

Gary Ray Myers, age 56, passed away Saturday, April 13, 2019 at WVU Medicine with his family by his side. Gary was born in Morgantown on March 6, 1963 to Junior Ray Myers and Thelma Deloris Bohon Myers of Masontown.

Gary graduated from University High School in 1981 and later attended WVU School of Engineering. Gary was hard working and enjoyed his work as a flooring salesman and as a delivery driver for the Senior Monongalians Meals on Wheels. In his free time, Gary enjoyed watching Nascar and working on cars. He loved spending time with his family, and would always plan special activities like camping, canoeing, and ski trips, to make their time together fun.

In addition to his parents, Gary is survived by his daughter, Kailey Lynn Myers of LA; son, Gavin Lee Myers of Charlotte, NC; sister, Stephanie Myers-Coste of Masontown; nephew, Christian Tyler Coste; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Friends may gather at McCulla Funeral Home on Monday, April 15, 2019 from 4-8pm and on Tuesday from 10 am until the 11 am funeral service with Rev.
