Thelma Ruth St. Clair, age 91 of Wildwood, FL. passed away January 1, 2019. Thelma was born on June 27, 1927 to Rupert and Carmela (Mancuso) Bond in Morgantown, West Virginia. Thelma moved with her husband, Levi Freeman St. Clair to Wildwood, Fl. in 1991. He preceded her in death in 2008. 
Thelma was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, a devoted homemaker, and a member of Eastern Star. 
Thelma leaves behind her only child, Larry Freeman St. Clair (Carol), granddaughter Judy S. (Robert) Eaton, great-grandchildren Andrew (Caitlin), Lauren, and Matthew Eaton of Gainesville, FL. Grandson Rob (Denise) St. Clair, great-grandchildren Alivia, Corynn, Kaye, and Autumn St. Clair of Chicago, IL and her brother Robert (Claire) Ackerman of Bristow, Virginia. 
Thelma is preceded in death by her husband, parents, step-father William Ackerman, and daughter-in-law Penny Emsweller St. Clair.
Visitation will be held 6:00 – 9:00pm, Thursday, January 10, 2019, at William McCulla Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 11:00am, Friday, January 11, 2019 in the William McCulla Funeral Home in Westover, WV. Interment will be in Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens, Morgantown, WV. In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to Cornerstone Hospice of the Villages, Florida, www.cshospice.org.
