Obituary of Paul Allen Shaver

Paul Allen Shaver, age 59, of Morgantown, passed away Saturday, March 17, 2018 surrounded by his loving family. Paul was born in Morgantown on September 6, 1958, a son of the late Foster and Ruth Trickett Shaver.

Paul worked for many years in Environmental Services at WVU Medicine. His greatest enjoyment came from time spent at Big Bear Lake and his love for his dog, Monkey. Paul was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother, who will be greatly missed.

Paul is survived by his wife, Debra Holmes Shaver; daughter, Elizabeth Ann Miller and husband Steven; sons, Paul Andrew Shaver, Allen Matthew Shaver, and Ryan Michael Shaver, all of Morgantown; sisters, Sharon Jackson, Yolanda Turner, and Sandra Bragg and husband David; and grandchildren, Breighton, Katie, and Bentley Miller.

Friends may gather at McCulla Funeral Home on Monday, March 19, 2018 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm and on Tuesday from 10 am until the 11 am funeral service. Burial will follow at Gladesville Cemetery. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.McCulla.com
