Joshua Everett Hancock age 41 of Westover passed away Friday, November 6, 2015 at Ruby Memorial Hospital. He was born April 24, 1974 in Newport News, VA a son of Karen Wurtz Hancock of Westover and Roy Ellerbe Hancock of Lake Chelsea, AL.
Joshua attended Kingdom Evangelical Methodist Church. He enjoyed watching sports and served on the Dominion Post Community Advisory Board.
In addition to his parents Joshua is survived by his sister, Dawn Marie Finn and Stephen Patrick Finn of Morgantown, one niece, Abigail Ellen Finn and nephews Hunter Joshua Finn and Garrett Russell Finn.
Friends may call at the McCulla Funeral Home, 770 Fairmont Road, Morgantown on Wednesday, November 11, 2015 from 1:00 pm until the 2:00 pm funeral service with Rev. Kevin B. Cain officiating. Burial will follow at East Oak Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Joshua’s memory to Chestnut Mountain Ranch, 244 Ponderosa Ponds Road, Morgantown, WV 26508.
