He served a five year apprenticeship and became a Journeyman and a member of the United Association Local 152 Plumbers and Pipefitters. He enjoyed fishing with them at Dixon Lake, eating chocolate, cookies, and ice cream, and offering them rides in his red Mustang. Rodney is survived by two sisters, Yvonne LeFerre of American Canyon, California and Sheila Miller of Chattanooga, Tennessee.; nephews, Rodney and Todd Miller and Brett Bolen as well as nieces Stacey Bolen Dean and Beth Ann Bolen Brobst and several great nieces and nephews.
