Anna Ruth Barr, age 79, of Daybrook passed away, Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at her home. Anna was born January 17, 1944 in Waynesburg, PA a daughter of the late Worley Pete Stiles and Ossie Mae Brock Stiles. Anna Ruth is survived by her husband of 58 years, John “Junie” Barr, three sons: Todd (Barb) Barr and their children, Makayla , Haley, and Abby Barr, son: Ted (Pat) Barr and their children, Bryant (Stachia) Barr and great grandchildren, Chase, Lylah and Beckett, and Braden Barr and girlfriend, Sabrina Miley, son: Tim Barr and his children: Jessica (Adam) Bland, their children: Paisley, Landry, & Easton, and Sierra (Kyle) Strother, one sister, Karen Francis of Weston, one brother, James Stiles of Weston, and many nieces and nephews and extended family. In addition to her parents, Anna Ruth was preceded in death by an infant son, John Barr Jr. and a daughter-in-law: Teresa Barr. The family wishes to extend thanks to WVU Hospice and Courtney White for all of their love and care given to Anna Ruth and her family in their time of need. Friends may call at the Daybrook Methodist Church on Thursday from 5-8 pm and on Friday from 10:00 am until the 11:00 am funeral service with Pastor Fred Eddy officiating.
