Mary Jane White, 80, of Morgantown, passed away Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at Morgantown Health and Rehab. Mary Jane was born December 14, 1941 in Morgantown, a daughter of the late Elmer and Flossie Hefflen Walls. Mary Jane worked as a clerk at the Monongalia County Courthouse for many years. In her free time, Mary Jane enjoyed camping and was an avid football fan where she followed the Pittsburgh Steelers and WVU. Mary Jane is survived by her daughters, Deborah “Debbie” McCardle of Westover, Cheryl White (Bill Almayse) of PA, and Carol White of PA; sons, Ed McCardle, Jr. of Manassas, VA, Patrick McCardle (Crystal) Morgantown, and Rick White (Francie) of Morgantown; grandchildren, Arin Games and Keith Patrick Amos; and great grandchildren, Paytyn, Evyn and Aydyn Games. In addition to her parents, Mary Jane is preceded in death by her husband, Darrell White. Friends may gather at the McCulla Funeral home, 770 Fairmont Road, Westover from 1-3pm and 5-7 pm on Sunday, December 11, 2022 and again on Monday from 10am until the 11 am funeral service with Pastor Dan Meadows officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Olive Cemetery in Pentress. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.mcculla.com
