Dennis Duane Dilgard, 71, of Morgantown, passed away Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at Mon General Hospital. Dennis was born in Morgantown on May 21, 1951 a son of the late William and Margaret Dilgard. Dennis worked for many years as a stone mason and contractor. He enjoyed working on his farm. He was a life time member of Lynch Chapel United Methodist Church. Also, he was a member of and administrator of the Morgantown Moose Lodge #264. Dennis was an Alumni of UHS and WVU. Dennis is survived by his son, William Dilgard of Morgantown; his daughter, Miriam Virts (Donnie) of Morgantown; granddaughters, Aubree and Reagan. In addition to his parents, Dennis is preceded in death by wife, Nancy Wolfe-Dilgard; his daughter, Maggie Dilgard; and his sister, Donis Loretta. In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to Lynch Chapel Church, C/O: Jeanette McElroy, 25 Raleigh Place, Westover, WV 26501 or the Morgantown Moose Lodge 1993 Little Indian Creek Road, Morgantown, WV 26501. Friends may gather at McCulla Funeral Home, 770 Fairmont Road, on Monday, October 31, 2022 from 4-8pm and again on Tuesday, November 1, 2022 from 10 am until the 11 am service time with Pastor Daniel Strosnider officiating.
