Mary Jane O’Neal, age 59, of Morgantown, passed away, Wednesday October 7, 2015 at Ruby Memorial Hospital. Mary Jane was born in Germany on August 7, 1956, a daughter of the late Joseph Nagy and Nina Haines, and step daughter to the late Allen Haines. Mary Jane is survived by her daughter, Heather Kerns and spouse Noel of Westover; sisters, Toni Moore and husband Art Moore and Joanne Nagy; brother, John Cathreno; grandson, Preston Kerns; best friend and soul sister, Shelly Shahan, special friend/step brother, John M. Haines; and her Aunt Mary Jane Lawson; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to her parents, Mary Jane was preceded in death by her brother, Joseph Nagy. Her enormous heart, wealth of selflessness, and friendly smile will be sorely missed by all of her friends as well as her family. MJ did not wait for a storm to pass. She danced in the rain. A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, October 10, 2015 at 1 pm at the Westover VFW.
